The Indigenous People, Native American Indian or First Nation People have many traditions that surround their traditions. I explain a few of them within this video. Our hair is very special to us and it helps us to connect to Mother Earth, the Spiritual Realm and to All Living things here on Great Mother Earth. Watch as I explain some of My Cultural and Traditional aspects about the long hair of the Nde (Apache) Nation and First Nation Peoples traditions.

I always talk about "Doing things Well". I am a big believer in this. I always say "If you're going to do something. Put your heart into and do it to the best of your ability".
